Meadow is a magical place, a part of nature that contains hundreds, if not thousands of secrets. Deep among the roots of plants, on the surface of the ground and just above it, among dense grasses, bushes, flower petals. Life is bustling everywhere. The unimaginable power of nature is especially visible now in summer, when all plants and animals enjoy the warmth. You can see with the naked eye that the meadow is alive.
As I live far from the city center, on its outskirts, my house is surrounded by beautiful flower meadows, full of unusual plants, grasses, insects and animals. There is more and more talk of setting up meadows in city cents, too. They not only contribute to making the urban space more beautiful, they also give shelter to insects and small mammals, clean the air, cool the air in summer, do not require watering or mowing. I think this is a great initiative.
