Products offered as preorders  are manufactured exclusively to the Customer's individual order. Once the preorder period has ended and all orders have been collected, the yarn production is commissioned. The yarn is then manufactured and custom-dyed according to the specifications prepared specifically for that preorder.

The final product is subsequently woven and finished from this yarn in accordance with the design and specifications established for the respective preorder group. The **preorder organizer** acts as an intermediary between the customers (members of the preorder group) and the manufacturer of the woven wraps. The organizer communicates all project updates, design modifications, and agreed specifications between both parties until the payment stage is closed. Thereafter, the organizer keeps the preorder group informed about the progress of production based on the information, photographs, and other materials provided by the manufacturer during the final stages of production.

Each preorder item is manufactured exclusively for the specific order for which it was commissioned. It is **not** a stock item and is not produced for immediate sale or resale to other customers.

Accordingly, each preorder product constitutes **a non-prefabricated item manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized to meet the Customer's individual requirements**. Therefore, such products fall within the exception set out in **Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights** (implemented in the national consumer protection laws of EU Member States), under which the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
