This beautiful version of "Dentelle de la reine Anne" was created to pay homage to Mother Nature, to thank her for the infinite goods that she bestows on us. It is enough to look around to see her caring hand, which she stretches out towards us every day. I am especially grateful to her for the admiration that her works evoke in me. Indian Summer is one of those unique, magical goods that she gave us, enriching my soul and heart with new vibrations.
Indian summer is when there are periods of extreme heat like days in the middle of Autumn, which making it seem like the summer may never, ever end. Indian summers make the summer feel endless. But Indian Summers aren't only a season; they're also a state of mind.
This strangely pause between summer and autumn, greenery and gold, and the heat and rising wind that is once again readying itself to rush it all away in a climactic symphony of color and scent is, in my opinion, one of the best parts of living on earth. The Indian Summer is a little sunny and infinite in wealth and depth of tone, but never hustled. The perfect weather is lengthening and lingering, warm sunny days are following by brisk nights.
It is a the smell of fresh mown grass and a beauty view of the warm unscathed crimson of gold. The sun took a step back, the leaves lulled themselves to sleep and Autumn was awakened. I thank Mother Nature for the opportunity to experience each day, for my family with whom I can admire every late autumn sunset and look at their laughing faces, lashed with the last warm sun rays.
That is why I called my newest wrap "Dentelle de la reine Anne – L'été indien" . To keep these memories and magical feelings in it forever. This wrap is extremely load-bearing and durable, and at the same time it delights with its beauty. The intense yellow of the wrap is intertwined with multi-colored threads of blue-and-white tussah, creating a charming mosaic of numbs, so beloved by me. The flower and insect motifs decorating the wrap emphasize its uniqueness, and with their intense blackness they create a timelessly beautiful contrast that catches the eye and delights.
