Coucher de soleil means “sunset” in French. I love coming back in my memory to the beautiful sunsets I was watching during my holidays by the sea. Incredibly orange sun, deeply saturated dark blue sky and the ocean, that looked almost black. I still can feel this gentle breeze and hear the swell of waves and the distant cry of seagulls.
"Les tenebres: coucher de soleil - (noir)" is a fusion of three amazing yarns – raw and beautiful linen, that is also used to make those pretty, manually tied fringes. Elegant, natural yarn with a delicate shine, that not only breathes but is also amazingly strong. This time I decided to use black yarn which gives the blend a bit of mysteriousness.
And it's the best composition for a very hot summer.
Many people are unnecessarily afraid of linen. I hope I was able to convince you with some of my previous blends that there’s no reason to be afraid. My linen is extraordinary; it becomes incredibly plastic and soft right after the first wash.
Beautiful colourful nobes, that make each of the wraps completely unique, are made of tussah, but there is also something else…
The third component of "Les tenebres: coucher de soleil - (noir)" is bamboo. It makes the wraps safe for even the most sensitive skin; bamboo not only gives the wrap its softness and lightness, it also has anti allergic and antiseptic properties.
"Les tenebres: coucher de soleil - (noir)" is a wrap that is a work of art – beautiful range of colours and smudges of tussah create an incredible autumn scenery.
As always I wanted it to be perfectly suitable for a newbie and a few-year-old. You will be amazed to see how amazing they are to the touch and how much they change after the first wash.
