Today I am very proud to present you quite new blend in Wild Slings.
For the first time I decided to use this special fiber that opens a new era in fiber technology. It is made of eucalyptus wood and only organic substances are used in its production.
The fabric is soft and smooth and very velvety to the touch. It has breathable properties, and the fibers regulate temperature and absorb moisture, so the wrap will be great on hot days. The material is durable, does not shrink or stretch. What is also very important it is especially recommended for people with sensitive skin and allergy sufferers, so it will be perfect from the first days of a newborn's life.
To sum up, this wrap is delicate as silk, strong as hemp, cool as linen, warm as wool and more absorbent even than cotton. I am sure you will be delighted from the first use.
The design you All know very well, my classic „Les Tenebres” - beautiful and invariably captivating – with moths and tiny threads hanging from the figure with beads of runes – originated in the Germanic traditions, oldest European alphabet that was given to men, according to legends, by Odin himself.
I called it „Yin Yang” to emphasise its magic and power.
The concept of Yin and Yang comes from ancient Chinese philosophy and metaphysics. It describes the two primary and opposite but complementary forces that can be found throughout the universe. The interplay of Yin and Yang is the cause of all things arising and changing. They form five elements (fire, water, earth, metal and wood), which create and complete our World. Among the forces of nature one can notice the states of Yin and Yang in constant motion.
Yang represented by white and the Sun means strength, activity, joy, warmth and summer, symbolizes the male aspect of nature, extraversion and odd numbers; it likes the day, the sky and the soul of hun. Yang symbolizes fire or wind.
Yin represented by black and the Moon means passivity, submission, sadness, coldness and winter, symbolizes the female aspect of nature, introversion and even numbers; it likes the night and the soul after. Yin symbolizes water or earth.
Those two elements meet on my new wrap and create a perfect combination of classic beauty and unearthy comfort.
